AI-enabled solutions for the enterprise

Built by functional leaders, powered by Artificial Intelligence

MetistarAI designs and delivers AI applications, web platforms and AI agents for the functions on which enterprise performance depends such as FP&A, business planning and financial modelling, M&A and valuation, treasury, accounts payable and receivable, ESG compliance, internal audit, compliance, working capital management and procurement. Each is conceived and developed by senior leaders who have carried executive accountability for these functions — as board members, group CFOs and heads of function — across ten industries, five geographies, listed multinationals and family-owned conglomerates alike.

Enterprise systems are built from requirements that are described rather than lived. However careful the consultation, exceptions and controls rarely survive translation — which is why gaps and workarounds surface after go-live, not before.

We remove the translation step. The people designing our solutions have run these functions themselves, in more than one industry and more than one market, and they now build with AI directly. The edge cases are design inputs rather than late discoveries.

Most use cases already exist as pre-built solutions; we customise them to your context.

Our approach

Domain knowledge is the solution. AI is the enabler

Our work is directed at measurable outcomes across the enterprise, where process design, control architecture, governance and the prevailing regulatory framework carry the same weight as the model itself.

Six colleagues from different backgrounds in conversation

Leadership across functions, not depth within one

Our founders have led cross-functional teams within large diversified conglomerates and multinational organisations across several industries and geographies. That experience confers a particular form of knowledge: how a decision travels through an organisation, where a process quietly degrades, which control gives way first, and which assumption a reviewer will invariably test.

That understanding is embedded in the architecture before development begins. A deterministic engine computes every figure; the model supplies reasoning, and every assertion remains traceable to the evidence beneath it.

Designed across the enterprise, not within a single function

Internal audit, ESG, risk, compliance, valuation, planning, procurement, reporting and finance are not discrete problems. They share data, controls, policy and a common governance spine — and the material value emerges only where a system comprehends them concurrently.

We build along that spine. It is the reason our applications and AI agents remain sound when they meet the wider organisation.

Pre-built solutions

We do not begin from a blank page. We begin from experience

The majority of the use cases in our register exist already as pre-built solutions — working foundations in which the substantive thinking has been completed, drawn from the accumulated operating experience of our team.

Each carries the optimised process, the prevailing industry and functional practice, the measures that govern the decision, the compliance framework, the checks and balances, and the applicable regulatory standards. These arrive engineered into the solution rather than negotiated during delivery.

01

Optimised processes

The workflow as it ought to operate rather than as it accumulated — sequenced, rationalised and relieved of the steps that persist only for historical reasons.

02

Industry and functional practice

The prevailing standard among leading organisations in your sector, informed by having carried these functions inside conglomerates and multinationals.

03

Performance measures

The indicators that govern the decision, defined and computed consistently, with the definitions documented so that no one is later obliged to reconstruct them.

04

Compliance frameworks

The governance model the process is required to satisfy, resident within the solution rather than appended once the system is already in production.

05

Checks and balances

Segregation of duties, approval thresholds, exception routing and audit trail — the controls that render output defensible under examination.

06

Regulatory standards

The reporting and disclosure requirements applicable to your jurisdiction, encoded so that output arrives in a form a regulator will accept.

What we customise is your business

Our engagements consist of the customisation of these solutions to your requirements: the processes and policies of your organisation, your systems and data, your approval thresholds, your governance conventions and your regulatory environment. Because the solution is already established, engagements are measured in weeks — and prevailing practice is present from the first day rather than discovered midway through delivery.

    How we deliver

    From assessment to adoption

Four stages that build on one another. Most engagements begin at the first and progress as evidence and confidence accumulate; each can equally be commissioned on its own.
